Dashboard
Dashboard
The Dashboard is your program command center. After you open a program, it is the first screen you see—a snapshot of member activity, points, orders, claims, and content growth for that program.
Use it to check program health, spot trends, and jump to areas that need attention (such as members awaiting approval or open orders).
Overview
The Dashboard shows:
- Status indicators — Website, subscription, and mobile app status (when configured)
- Program analytics — Filterable metrics for members, points, redemptions, and orders
- Leaderboards and tables — Top earners, redeemers, rewards, and companies
- Registration activity — Self-registered members awaiting approval vs. approved
- Content growth — Companies, rewards, and articles added over time
All metrics are scoped to the currently open program. Switch programs from the Programs home page to view a different program’s dashboard.
Where to find it
- Route:
/dashboard/{programId} - Side navigation: Dashboard (first item under the program menu)
- Default landing page when you open a program from the Programs home page
While inside a program, the breadcrumb bar shows Dashboard when you are on this page. The status bar on the right of the breadcrumb toolbar summarizes Website, Subscription, iOS, and Android status—hover each label for details.
Prerequisites
- An open program (Programs guide)
- Program administrator access to the program
- An Active, Trial, or Demo program status to view the full analytics dashboard
If your subscription has expired, the dashboard shows a banner with options to View subscription plans or archive the program. Analytics may be limited until billing is restored.
Step-by-step
Read program status
Hover the status buttons in the breadcrumb toolbar (top-right, below the main toolbar):
| Status | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Website | Whether the member site is Online or Offline, plus live domain URLs (Incentable subdomain and custom domain if configured). See Programs — Program URLs and domains. |
| Subscription | Active, Free Trial, Demo, or inactive billing. Hover for renewal date or trial end. |
| iOS / Android | Mobile app status when configured (Active, Processing, or inactive). |
A green indicator means that channel is live. Red or grey means offline or not configured.
Filter analytics by time frame
At the top of the analytics section, use the Time Frame dropdown under Program Analytics. Options include:
- All Time, Today, Yesterday
- This Week, Last Week, Last 7 Days
- This Month, Last Month, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days
- This Year, Last Year, Last 12 Months
- Custom Range — pick From and To dates
The filter bar stays visible as you scroll. Changing the time frame updates member counts, points metrics, growth charts, order summaries, and top-performer tables for the selected period.
Review member overview
The top row of count cards summarizes your member base for the selected time frame:
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Members | Total members in scope |
| Companies | Total companies |
| Members Activated | Members with Active status, with activation rate % |
| Members Redeemed | Members who have redeemed at least once |
| Not Redeemed | Members who have never redeemed |
| Members with Balance | Members holding unredeemed points |
Review points analytics
The Points Analytics section shows three cards with trend charts:
| Card | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Points Awarded | Total points issued, dollar value, and average per member |
| Points Redeemed | Total points spent on rewards, dollar value, and redemption rate |
| Points Balance | Outstanding points (contingent liability), dollar liability, and % of awarded still held |
Each card includes a Download CSV button (green file icon) for monthly awarded, redeemed, or balance data—useful for finance and reporting.
Dollar values are calculated from your program’s points-to-dollar multiplier (configured in program settings).

Review top performers and registration
Top Earning Performers — Tables for top earning members and top companies (respects the time frame filter).
Top Redemption Activity — Top redeeming members and most-redeemed rewards.
Member Registration & Activation
- Registered — Members who joined via the registration form: Awaiting Approval vs Approved. Click Review Awaiting Approval to go to the Members area.
- Invited — Members added by admins who have or have not yet activated.
Program Content & Resources — Growth charts for companies added, rewards added, and articles published.
Handle trial or subscription alerts
If your program is on a Free Trial, a banner shows when the trial ends and links to View subscription plans.
If your subscription has expired, a banner prompts you to renew or archive the program.
Click View subscription plans to compare plans and complete checkout without leaving the dashboard. Use Exit subscription plans to return to analytics.
Tips and limitations
- Program-scoped only — Dashboard data never mixes across programs. Open the correct program before interpreting metrics.
- Time frame behavior — Member and order metrics filter by creation date. Points trend charts use monthly aggregates and may align to calendar months rather than exact day boundaries.
- Claims section — Offer Claims Overview appears when you have claim offers with entries. If you do not use Claims, this section may show zero values or minimal data.
- Empty program — New programs show zeros until you add members, award points, and receive orders. Growth charts need historical data to display trends.
- Registration closed by default — New programs start with sign-in and registration off; registration cards stay low until you enable them in Website.
- Export — CSV downloads on points cards export monthly summaries, not individual member transactions.
