Programs
A program is your incentive rewards website for members. It is the container for everything you manage in Incentable—members, points, rewards, leaderboards, content, and settings all belong to a specific program.
You must create and open a program before you can add members, import points, configure rewards, or publish your member site.
Overview
Each program includes:
- A member website with an Incentable subdomain (
{subdomain}.incentable.com) on every plan - An optional custom domain (for example,
rewards.yourcompany.com) on Pro, Pro+, Enterprise, and Enterprise+ plans only - An admin workspace scoped to that program—Dashboard, Members, Rewards, Apps, Content, and Settings
- Its own subscription, theme, and feature selection (apps such as leaderboards or tiers)
Most admins manage one or more programs from the same account. Program administrators only see programs they are assigned to.
Where to find it
After signing in at app.incentable.com, you land on the Programs home page (/).
While managing a program, the top toolbar shows the current program name. Click Programs (grid icon) in the top-right toolbar to return to the program list.
Prerequisites
- An Incentable admin account with access to the program you need. Your email must be listed as a program administrator.
- For a new paid program: a valid payment method for Stripe checkout when you select a subscription plan.
- A unique program title and subdomain that are not already in use.
Step-by-step
Create a new program
- On the Programs home page, open the Programs tab (selected by default).
- Click create new on the Create New Program card.
- Work through the setup wizard:

| Domain Name | Subdomain (2–50 alphanumeric characters, no spaces). Your member site launches at {subdomain}.incentable.com. Custom domains are not chosen here—they are added later on eligible plans. |
| Theme | Visual template for the member website. Filter by tag or search by title. Customize later in Design Studio. |
| Members | Expected participant count (for example, 1–100 or 501–1,000). Helps recommend a plan. |
| Companies | No Companies, Single Company, or Multiple Companies. You can change this later in settings. |
| Apps | Features to enable at launch—Rewards Catalog, Leaderboards, Target Trackers, Awards, Tiers, Claims, Quizzes. Add or remove apps later. |
| Administrators | How many colleagues will manage the program. You are added automatically as an admin. |
| Subscription Plan | Choose Lite, Pro, Enterprise, or variants. Custom domains require Pro, Pro+, Enterprise, or Enterprise+—not Lite or Lite+. Select billing frequency and currency, then complete checkout. |
- On the subscription step, click Launch Now For $… to pay through Stripe.
- After checkout succeeds, you return to the Programs home page. Your new program appears as a card with Active status and its live subdomain link.
To exit setup without finishing, click cancel create new program & exit in the setup header.

The Programs home page also offers:
- 14 Day Free Trial — Click Free Trial to book a consultation with a product expert. After your call, a trial program is activated with Free Trial status.
- Live Demo — Click Book A Demo to schedule a live walkthrough of plans and features before subscribing.
These paths help you evaluate Incentable. A full paid program still goes through Create New Program and subscription checkout.
Open or switch programs
- Go to the Programs home page (
/), or click Programs in the top toolbar. - Use the tabs:
- Programs — Active, Demo, and Free Trial programs you can manage
- Themes — Browse theme templates
- Archive — Archived programs
- Optionally filter All Programs vs My Programs, or search by title or URL.
- Click the arrow on a program card, or click the program title, to open it.
Opening a program loads its data and navigates to the Dashboard (/dashboard/{programId}). The side navigation provides access to Members, Rewards, Apps, Content, and Settings—all scoped to that program.
Preview the member website
While managing a program, use the Live Site button (bottom-right) to:
- Open the live member website URL
- Copy the URL or download a QR code
- Open Signin or Register links (when enabled in settings)
- Preview the site as a specific member from the member list
Registration and sign-in links appear disabled in this dialog when those options are turned off in admin settings.
Program URLs and domains
Every program gets an Incentable subdomain when you create it—for example, acme-rewards.incentable.com. This is included on all plans (Lite and above).
A custom domain lets members visit your program on your own URL (for example, rewards.acme.com). This is available on selected plans only:

Custom domain setup is handled by Incentable after you subscribe to an eligible plan. While a custom domain is provisioning, the dashboard may show Processing for up to 24 hours. Your program stays live on its Incentable subdomain—do not share temporary processing URLs with members.

Launch and go live
Launch happens when you complete subscription checkout during program creation. Incentable then:
- Sets the program status to Active
- Assigns
{subdomain}.incentable.com - Adds you as a program administrator
- Activates the member website (shown on the Dashboard status bar as Website → Online when subscription or trial is active)
Program cards show status with a colored indicator:

Tips and limitations
- Everything is program-scoped — Routes such as
/members/{programId}require an open program. You cannot manage members or rewards from the Programs home page alone. - Unique title and subdomain — Duplicates are blocked during setup. Use Back in the wizard to change values if you see "Not Available".
- Custom domains require the right plan — Lite and Lite+ include an Incentable subdomain only. Pro, Pro+, Enterprise, and Enterprise+ include custom domain support. Upgrade your subscription if you need your own URL.
- Custom domain provisioning — May show Processing for up to 24 hours. The site remains reachable via its Incentable subdomain until the custom domain is live.
- Permissions — If you cannot open a program, your account may not be assigned to it. Contact your organization's Incentable administrator.
- Billing — Manage invoices from Billing in your account menu. An inactive subscription can set the member website to Offline on the dashboard.
