Mobile app settings when a native app is enabled for your program.

App

The App tab appears when your program has an active iOS or Android mobile app attached. It is where mobile-specific program settings will be configured.

If your program does not have a mobile app, this tab shows a message to contact Incentable—there are no customer-editable options until an app is provisioned for your program.

When an app is active, Save is available at the bottom of the tab. When no app is attached, Save is disabled.

Prerequisites

  • An open program
  • A provisioned iOS and/or Android app on your program (arranged through Incentable)
  • Editor role or higher when settings become available

Request a mobile app

If the tab shows no active app:

  1. Contact hello@incentable.com to discuss mobile app options for your program.
  2. After Incentable enables iOS and/or Android for your program, return to this tab for configuration.

Tips and limitations

  • Not the member website — The responsive member website is configured in Design Studio; this tab is for native mobile apps only.
  • Provisioning required — App availability is set on your program by Incentable; it cannot be self-enabled from the admin.
  • Settings in development — When an app is attached, the tab may show placeholder content until mobile settings are released.
