View credit card and bank transfer subscription plans and billing history.

Subscription

The Subscription tab shows billing and plan information for the current program. Review active subscriptions, renewal dates, amounts, and invoices—separate tables for Credit Card Payments (Stripe) and Bank Transfer Payments (manual subscriptions).

This tab is primarily read-only for program administrators. Adding or changing plans is handled through Incentable or your account onboarding—not self-service edits on this screen.

Overview

The tab has two sections:

Prerequisites

  • An open program
  • Program administrator access to view billing
  • An active or historical subscription on the program (tables are empty until a plan exists)

Credit card subscriptions

The Credit Card Payments table includes:

Renewal indicators

  • Green Auto Renews — subscription continues at Next Billing Date
  • Red Ends — subscription stops at period end (cancel at period end)

Open Invoices to review Stripe invoice history for a subscription.

Bank transfer subscriptions

The Bank Transfer Payments table includes:

For invoice-based programs, Invoice links may appear on manual records (opening the invoice document).

Click Add Subscription to create a new manual subscription when your organization uses bank transfer billing. Contact Incentable if you need plan changes or new credit card billing setup.

Tips and limitations

  • Program-scoped — Each program has its own subscription history; switch programs in the admin to view another program’s billing.
  • Not member billing — This tab covers program/platform subscription for running the incentive program, not member reward purchases (Orders).
  • Plan changes — Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel platform plans through Incentable support or your account manager—not from this tab alone.
  • Empty tables — New or demo programs may show no records until a subscription is provisioned.
