Privacy

The Privacy tab holds the Promoter Privacy Policy for your program—the policy your organization presents to members on the member website. Members may view it during registration or from site navigation.

Use the rich-text editor to format the policy. Preview the combined view with View Privacy Policy before publishing changes.

Overview

From Settings → General Settings → Privacy you can:

  • Set Promoter Privacy Policy Title
  • Edit Promoter Privacy Policy Content
  • Preview the privacy policy dialog members see

The promoter policy is the one program administrators maintain for their incentive program.

Where to find it

  • Route: /settings/{programId}
  • Side navigation: Settings → General Settings
  • Tab: Privacy

Click Save after editing.

Edit the promoter privacy policy

  1. Open Settings → General SettingsPrivacy.
  2. Enter Promoter Privacy Policy Title.
  3. Add or update content in the Promoter Privacy Policy Content editor.
  4. Click View Privacy Policy to preview.
  5. Click Save.

Coordinate with registration

If you use Privacy Checkbox Tracking on the Website tab:

  1. Ensure the privacy policy text matches what members must accept.
  2. Open registration when ready via Website.
  3. Link to the policy from Design Studio auth layouts or Menus as needed.

Editor toolbar

The content editor supports headings, emphasis, colors, alignment, lists, blockquotes, links, and clear formatting—the same toolbar as the Terms tab.

Tips and limitations

  • Promoter vs operator policies — Your editable content is the Promoter Privacy Policy (your program’s policy to members). Platform-level operator policies, if applicable to your deployment, are managed by Incentable and are not edited on this tab.
  • Keep Terms in sync — Maintain Terms alongside privacy for registration compliance.
  • Preview after legal updates — Use View Privacy Policy whenever legal teams supply revised copy.
  • Terms — Terms and conditions content
  • Website — Sign-in, registration, and privacy checkbox tracking
  • Overview — All Settings tabs
  • Design Studio — Link privacy from headers, footers, and auth pages
