Incentable

Titles

Set the program name in admin and the display title on member sign-in pages.

Titles

The Titles tab controls how your program name appears in the admin and on member-facing authentication pages. Use it to keep internal naming distinct from the public-facing brand members see when they sign in or register.

The main banner title on your program homepage is configured separately in Design Studio, not on this tab.

Overview

From Settings → General Settings → Titles you can set:

FieldWhere it appears
Program NameAdmin sidebar, program switcher, and internal references
Display TitleMember website sign-in and sign-up pages

Both fields are required.

Where to find it

  • Route: /settings/{programId}
  • Side navigation: Settings → General Settings
  • Tab: Titles

Click Save after editing.

Prerequisites

  • An open program
  • Editor role or higher to change titles

Step-by-step

Set program and display titles

  1. Open Settings → General SettingsTitles.
  2. Enter Program Name — the label you and other admins see in the dashboard (for example, 2026 Dealer Rewards).
  3. Enter Display Title — the name members see on /signin and /signup (for example, Acme Rewards Program).
  4. Click Save.

Set the homepage banner title

The member site main banner title is not on this tab. To change it:

  1. Open Content → Designer (Design Studio).
  2. Edit the Header or Content section on the Home template (for example, Banner or Text components).
  3. Save the theme.

Tips and limitations

  • Two names, two audiencesProgram Name helps admins tell programs apart when you run several; Display Title is member-facing marketing language.
  • Sign-in pages only here — Authentication pages use Display Title; most other pages use components and content from Design Studio, Pages, and Menus.
  • Required fields — Both titles must be filled before Save succeeds.
  • Overview — All Settings tabs
  • Design Studio — Homepage banner, colors, and layout
  • Website — Sign-in and registration options (Website tab)
  • Programs — Program URLs and launch checklist
